How It Works

ONBOARDING

Immediately after signing up, you’ll get an email with a link to schedule your 30 minute onboarding call, and the exact steps to take before the call so everything is ready to go: a form to fill out your basic info and a checklist for downloading the 2024 statements from all your accounts - this should take about 30 minutes to complete.

On your 30 minute onboarding call, we will:

Connect our accounting firm to your QBO - we’ll walk you through how to send an invite
Create the Drive folder for file sharing, transfer ownership to you so you keep control of your records, and upload the statements from your bank
Briefly review your QBO company file and make notes of any trouble spots or clean up necessary
Make sure bank accounts are connected properly
Create your secret receipt email forwarding address and bulk forward your receipts
Show you how to access the activity report so you can keep an eye on the project
Provide a schedule of milestones and due dates, as well as a final completion date - guaranteed by March 15

After the call, we’ll send a recap email with:
